Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Skin Health Case Study Program

**1. Program Overview

The Idell Beauty Skin Health Case Study Program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of each individual's skin health issues through real-life case studies, focusing on analysis, treatment, and management strategies. The program includes in-depth case studies covering acne, aging, hyperpigmentation, and sensitive skin.

**2. Eligibility and Selection

Non-Discrimination: The selection process for the Idell Beauty Skin Health Case Study Program is based solely on the applicant's professional qualifications and relevance to the program’s objectives. Race, gender, ethnicity, age, and other personal characteristics are not considered in the selection process.
Application and Selection: Not all applicants will be selected for participation in the program. Selection is based on the alignment of the applicant's background with the program's goals and available spots. Applicants will be notified of their status following the review process.

**3. Program Investment

Home Care Investment: Participants will be required to make a minimal investment for specific home care products as part of their involvement in the case studies. Details regarding this investment will be provided prior to the program start.

**4. Photo and Video Release

Consent: By participating in the Skin Health Case Study Program, participants agree to the use of their photographs and/or video recordings for educational and promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, program materials, marketing content, and educational presentations.
Release Agreement: Participants must sign a Photo and Video Release Agreement prior to the commencement of the program. This release permits the use of their images and/or video content as described and acknowledges that no compensation will be provided for such use.

**5. Program Participation

Commitment: Participants are expected to fully engage in all aspects of the program, including attending sessions, completing assignments, and providing feedback.
Confidentiality: All case study information and patient data provided during the program are confidential and must not be shared outside of the program context.

**6. Liability

Disclaimer: The program organizers are not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes resulting from the use of home care products or treatments as part of the case study.
