Therefore, all services are catered to your personal needs and overall desired outcomes. To Idell Beauty, treating your concerns and helping you reach your goals is a team effort between us. Nothing is done without proper and informative communication. Feedback and questions are highly encouraged, and never ignored.


Policies Regarding COVID:

  • If you have exhibited any cold-like symptoms within 1 MONTH prior to your appointment or if you have been in close contact with someone who has been experiencing any cold-like symptoms 1 MONTH prior to your appointment you may not book services with Idell Beauty until you have been cleared by a medical doctor with a valid NEGATIVE COVID TEST NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

    • Symptoms include, but are not limited to:​

      • Coughing, shortness of breath, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, chills, headaches/migraines, muscle/body aches, confusion, or loss of taste/smell.​

  • Idell Beauty reserves the right to refuse service or cancel your service at anytime if you display any of the above mentioned symptoms.​​

  • Face masks are required and must remain on during the duration of your appointment, regardless of vaccination; with the exception of facial services.

  • You will be required to sanitize your hands upon arrival.

  • Additional guests, including children, are NOT ALLOWED during your service. Please, reschedule if you need to rearrange your accommodations.

Booking your services with Idell Beauty:

  • All appointments must be booked online by the individual seeking services. ABSOLUTELY NO APPOINMENTS WILL BE BOOKED VIA TEXT, PHONE CALL, DIRECT MESSAGE ON SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAIL, OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM.

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED when booking any service with Idell Beauty.

Rescheduling/ Late Cancellation:

  • As an Idell Beauty patron you are responsible for rescheduling your appointments at least 24 hours prior to your original time; if you reschedule after the 24 hour mark you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

  • You can reschedule your appointment via the email confirmation sent to you prior to your appointment.

  • After three consecutive rescheduled appointments you will, unfortunately, forfeit your initial deposit and you will be blocked from booking any Idell Beauty services online. Thus, you will be required to pay-in-full via mobile cash transfer app.

No-Show Policy:

  • Please don't do this. Just call. Communicate!

  • A No-Show will result in you being charged/invoiced in full without service, and you will no longer be able to book any services with Idell Beauty.

Running Late:

  • I get it! Please call and let me know if you can.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late a $15 Late Fee will be applied to your balance due.

  • Idell Beauty will late cancel ( a no-show fee will be charged) if you are 30 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment, if you fail to call or text to let us know. 

  • If you let us know that you are, in fact, running behind Idell Beauty will provide you what the rest of your scheduled time allows. For example, 30 minutes late to a 90 minute appointment means your scheduled appointment stays the same but is completed in the rest of the time allotted to you.

*** Idell Beauty is available for mobile services, upon request. A $25 minimum travel fee is required.***
