Privacy & Safety

At Idell Beauty Wellness Studio, your privacy and safety are our top priorities. We take all necessary measures to protect your personal information and ensure that you feel comfortable and secure during your visit. We use third-party banking services to verify payments and take every precaution to keep your data safe. If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Appointment & Cancellation Policies

Booking Idell Beauty:

  • All appointments must be booked online by the individual seeking services. ABSOLUTELY NO APPOINMENTS WILL BE BOOKED VIA TEXT, PHONE CALL, DIRECT MESSAGE ON SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAIL, OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM.

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE 25% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED when booking any service with Idell Beauty.

Cancellation & No-Show:

  • Please, notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any cancellations or service changes to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or service changes with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

  • After three consecutive rescheduled appointments you will, unfortunately, forfeit your initial deposit and you will be blocked from booking any Idell Beauty services online. Thus, you will be required to pay-in-full via mobile cash transfer app.

  • A No-Show will result in you being charged/invoiced in full without service, and you will no longer be able to book any services with Idell Beauty.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late a $15 Late Fee will be applied to your balance due. Idell Beauty will late cancel (a no-show fee will be charged) if you are 30 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment and your allotted service time will remain the same, not extended.
